• Camping permits are required upon arrival. Please reserve your campsite in advance. No early setups are permitted without a paid camping permit.
• Keep noise levels down after 10 PM. Your neighbors might be up early and could return the favor at 5 AM.
• Pets are welcome in the campground only – they’re not allowed on the Expo site or airside. Service animals are an exception. Pets must be always leashed. Please clean up after your animals.
• Camper registration must always be visible and face the road for Security checks.
• Do not connect to any power source without approval. Unauthorized hookups will be disconnected.
• Dumping anything on the ground is strictly prohibited. Dump stations are located near Shower House “C” and the camp store.
• Do not block roadways or access points.
• Group Camping – If you’re camping as a group, everyone needs to arrive together — or the first person must have registration info and payment for the whole group before saving any spots.
• No roping-off areas or saving camp spaces unless they’re already paid for with a valid camp permit.
• Personal Golf Carts are only allowed in the west RV campground. Drivers must obey all posted speed limits and have a valid driver’s license and insurance. There is no access into the Expo site or airside with these at any time.
• Bicycles are allowed in the RV Campground — they are not allowed on the Expo site or Airside at any time.
• Absolutely no ground fires allowed. Contained charcoal or gas grills are fine.
• Water is available throughout the campground. You may fill your tank, but do not stay connected to the faucet.
• If you leave your site temporarily, you may leave an “Occupied” sign to hold your spot.
