As a condition of receiving media credentials for the Affordable Flying Expo (AFE), (herein after “Activity”), I (together with my custodial parent or guardian, if I am under the age of eighteen or under a legal disability) represent, covenant and agree, on behalf of myself and my heirs, assigns, and any other person claiming by, under or through me, as follows: I understand and agree that Affordable Flying Expo and Aero-News Network is the owner of all trademarks, copyrights, and other proprietary rights connected to AFE and retains all worldwide rights. Any broadcast, rebroadcast, or use of any accounts, pictures, or descriptions of events (with the exception of news broadcasts by legitimately accredited and credentialed news media) without the expressed written permission of AFE or Aero-News Network is prohibited. The Affordable Flying Expo, and attendance or exhibition at the same is subject to SUN ’n FUN, Inc.’s policies and requirements, as well as all applicable laws. Rights may have been granted to national and international broadcast, cable, and satellite services, and additional restrictions imposed by those services may also apply. I have read Affordable Flying Expo’s Media Guidelines and Policy in its entirety and agree to abide by that policy as a condition of my receiving media credentials. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of Affordable Flying Expo, Aero-News Network, SnF, Inc., Aerospace Center for Excellence, Inc. (ACE, Inc.), and-or their departments, affiliates, employees, trustees, officers, agents or insurers (hereinafter “Released Parties”) I waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injuries, damages, losses or claims, whether known and unknown, which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties. I release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims. I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.
