Designed with the specific needs of home aircraft builders, manufacturers, and sport aviation enthusiasts in mind, we’re looking for exhibitors and presenters to help us create an intimate and engaging experience.

Exhibitors at the Affordable Flying Expo will have the opportunity to showcase their aircraft on static display or offer demo flights for attendees. Exhibitors are required to bring their own tie-down equipment and chocks to secure their aircraft. All aircraft must be tied down or otherwise secured during the event. Tie-downs will be inspected prior to use.
Commercial tie-down rate: $200
Camping at the SUN ‘n FUN Expo Campus is offered at a discounted rate to all Affordable Flying Expo participants, including during set-up.
All exhibitors must comply with the standard participation guidelines. Each display must be staffed during all public expo hours from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday through Saturday. Access to the hangar for setup will be available starting Tuesday, November 4. If a participant is bringing an aircraft for participation in demo flights, they are required to comply with all applicable safety regulations as outlined by both the FAA, Affordable Flying Expo, and SUN ‘n FUN, just like other flying exhibitors.
The Affordable Flying Expo will support participants by featuring approved logos and website links on its official site. This arrangement is non-exclusive and serves only as a framework for involvement in the 2025 event.
